They are good in the actual restaurant and their servers are always awesome but delivery was very disappointing! Ordered the dill salmon with sauce and it was delivered without any sauce or seasoning, just cold fish. Wont be ordering delivery again.

This is the most horrible service we ever had today at earls! Food was horrible & uneatable! The service was the worst we ever had! When we finally received the food we beat away the small flies landing on the food. We were not offered a drink and shared a glass of ice water we had to track some one down to get and after waiting for 20 minutes finally were observed after complaining to the hostess who seated us! The manager offered us a gift card that we refused. This is Covid 19 and the flies were a huge issue!

Earls is my favourite place to eat in Red Deer. The atmosphere is upbeat and happy. The service is very good and the servers always pleasant.....and the food......the food....😍🤗🤩 I've never had anything at Earl's that wasn't delicious!!! Best restaurant!!

This restaurant itself this is very open and delightful dining atmosphere. Never been to Earls before so this is my first time being at Earls because of the Alberta beef news. I've been avoiding it. The food itself is very good we had the clam chowder and pork ribs. Pork ribs was okay no different than Montana Ribs. The star of the show was a clam chowder very delicious good chunks of clams and bacon. I would definitely will go back for the chowder again. I'm not sure all the same but this Earl their chowder was very good. Our server was very polite professional and friendly she got our order right as she was there when we needed her awesome service.

Obviously concerned with a safe and sanitized eating environment. Great meal and service.

Stopped in yesterday and ordered some meals for take out. We were told that we could wait in the lobby area and that they would let us know when the order was ready. As we were sitting there talking we notices a take out order on the bar. We waited 5 minutes and then thought we should check on our order, well guess what it was just sitting there and the other girl said oh you are here. Little mix up and that is why I never gave it an excellent. As the meal itself was excellent for take out. 3 pizza's, 2 orders of dry ribs, 2 orders of chicken, chicken salad.

The patio is a little oasis - very pretty with lots of plants. The food was excellent and the service was just right. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. 😊

Most beautiful Patio in Red Deer! The garlic fries are to die for . Their salads are always fresh and full of nutritious protein and veggies. I love their drink specials and the chicken burger is mouth watering. We had a friendly , efficient waitress today too. Love this place.

This restaurant is an institution for dining out in Red Deer.It has been here since the mid eighties and has survived the test of time. The food & service has always been great and continues to be!This is a very popular eatery in Red Deer and can be quite busy during meal rush times- dinner especially.Has a lounge area and a patio as well. Overall a nice restaurant.

Menu had been updated since we came here last. Food was superb! There was a mix-up with our starter order and it was fixed right away. No concerns at all. Atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. Thanks for the good night out Earls!

We were told that we could sit together on the phone, the reason that we chose Earl's is because we were told it was good for our party size. Got there and were at 2 different tables quiet far apart. Was my engagement night so it was quiet upsetting on our special night,we didn't get to sit with all our friends.There was tin foil in our drink and parchment paper in our dessert, the dessert was taken off our bill which was great appreciated.

Excellent service and food. Gorgeous outdoor patio.
